What I do is support and promote all West Coast Holy Hip Hop and Urban Gospel artist. I started Holy Jamz back in January 2007.  The website provides a tool that helps the artist achieve their purpose as to taking the gospel to the streets through music reaching the lost and the youth. The secular music of today is destroying our minds not just the youth and adults as well. There are so many of us that love hip hop music and grew up with it like myself but the messages in today’s music is the enemies (Satan) tool and is creating our generations downfall and destroying so many lives with messages about sex, drugs, killing, bling bling, money and everything else that is part of deception.

With my love for the Lord, music and hip hop I felt a need to use my knowledge and talents of computers and internet along with the help of the Lord and resources I came up with Holy Jamz. I did some research and could not find any supporters or promoters that were helping the Urban Gospel Music artist and their ministries get their message out.  I have researched the West Coast for Holy Hip Hop promoters and there were actually very few but were limited. There were a few Holy Hip Hop sites but none like mine that generates the attention of the public and serves the purpose of reaching to another level that can prosper the Urban Gospel artist, their ministries and purpose that covers the entire West Coast.  I  myself am local (In Fresno Cali) and my goal is one day to be able to travel to other Cities and  possibly States promoting Holy Jamz and all artist of this genre and helping them with sending their messages to the public, the streets where ever it is needed. I would love to see more Holy Hip Hop  & Urban Gospel radio stations on the airways as well. I have a passion and a love for what I do because I love the Lord with all my heart as well as the music I have always dreamed of singing as a child but I don’t have a voice to sing but I have a heart and love for music.  When I created Holy Jamz I did not want it to be just about Holy Hip Hop, I wanted to also add Urban Gospel music as well because both are connected together.

However I do all this by myself, I have no help from anyone financially or otherwise. One of my main supporters is my buddy at C.H.A.N.G.E.S Records Ice4christ he too is also a struggling artist and record label trying to help ministries and take the church to the streets. We had worked together on many projects and both our ministries are growing.  I worked with him on the Holy Jamz compilation cd as well in 2007. I do have a full time regular job which so it is very hectic, but I do manage by God’s grace.  Friends and family always tell me, “Why do I do all this and do not get paid” and I tell them it is not about money it is the purpose and it is the Lords work and most importantly the Lord does pay very well and has excellent benefits. The Lord provides everything and makes a way out of no way. Even though I struggle financially I still keep going myself I still give my all to what I strongly believe in. Though I will admit some financial help such as donations into Holy Jamz or supporters would help a great deal! But as I said, the Lord will make a way. I do have a goal and a vision to someday work Holy Jamz full time and one of these days the Lord will bless me with the partner that he has for me who will join me in the Holy Jamz Ministry and the vision. I have a vision for the Urban Gospel community that I believe will come to pass and God will continue make a way. I have also had another goal when I started Holy Jamz and that was for the East Coast to unite in Christ with the West Coast and I will say that the Lord is making a way and that goal coming to pass! AMEN!

I have been blessed to meet some wonderful artist such as Kirk Franklin, Dewayne Woods, 21:03, GRITS and work with so many wonderfully blessed artists!

However in the meantime I continue doing what I do best and support all the ministries and promote the entire Urban Gospel artist, ministries and urban businesses through out the West Coast with HOLY JAMZ! Joining together with other ministries East and West in Unity for Christ with the same goals, visions and passions!
